All of our orders are made to order! These are custom made. Therefore, shipping will be 10-14 days after placing your order to allow for processing time which is 7 - 14 days.

All orders are packed with love in an animal free home-based business from Providence, RI.

We ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship to Canada or Internationally at this time.

Due to the personalization of these items, all purchases are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

The purchase must have an error or damage when shipping...not something you might have changed your mind after your order has started being processed.

In case of a change in your order, you have 24 hours to contact us at SantosCraftingStudio@gmail.com and receive a response acknowledging the change. It is important you contact us as soon as you need a change so that we can accommodate your changes.

We are happy to return any Non-Personalized items you purchased within 7 days of original purchase as follows:

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Again, personalized items cannont be returned.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Purchased items can not be refunded for change of mind.
